JCC Fall Programs Open to the Community
Diverse Schedule Features Activities for All Ages

August 11 2001 - The Jewish Comminity Center recently released its Fall 2001 schedule with the usual wide variety activities open to the community at large. Some of the highlights include the annual Fall Festival of Books, a presentation of Anne Frank and Me by the Stage One Theater and the First Tuesday Film Series.
The schedule also offers a wide variety of classes open to the community, such as:
- American Kid: Creative Writing
- American Kids: Social Skills for Kids
- American Kids: Personal Finance for Kids
- Mah Jongg
- Intermediate Bridge
- Water Exercise
- Dance (many types)
- Yoga
- Tennis for all ages
The Festival of Books runs from October 18 through November 8. It will feature book readings and/or presentations and book signings by authors, such as Jeffrey Toobin, legal analyst for Good Morning America and writer for The New Yorker, who will discuss his latest book, Too Close To Call The 36-Day Battle to Decide the 2000 Election.
