Welcome to Our New TreasurerWelcome to Our New TreasurerAfter serving a little more than half of his two-year term, DTCA treasurer David Lumley was forced to resign from the board because his new business venture – starting a new financial services partnership – that requires his full attention and all of his time. We're sorry to see David leave the board, but, to the good fortune of the neighborhood, David Johnston of Shawnee Road has agreed to replace David Lumley on the board and as treasurer. He will be formally appointed to his position at the next board meeting on February 4. As a professional city manager, David brings a wealth of civic experience to the position.
