Winter Wildlife Reminder

Last year it was a coyote, this year it's a fox (as reported by DTCA member Theresa Berghoff.) Perhaps next year it will be a lone wolf. Either way, please remember that in the winter it is more difficult for wildlife to in the area to find food, so they wander near or in our neighborhood looking for a meal. A few safety tips:

1. Keep your trash tightly covered.
   
2. Don't feed your pets outside.
   
3. Don't feed the birds for the next few days.
   
4. Closely supervise your children and pets when they are outside.
