Minutes
of December Meeting as follows:
1.
The
approved DTCA Board of Directors meeting minutes will be available for review on
our website. Archived minutes will
be posted for those that have been saved in the past.
2.
The
DTCA Board will set up a day or two in the spring for a volunteer clean up
program. Information and details to
be put in the March newsletter.
3.
Improvements
have been made to 6923 Munsee. The
yard has been cleaned up and no further action is needed until
spring.
4.
The
neighborhood dues will remain the same.
A reminder will be sent out in January 24th newsletter
followed by a postage paid notice on January
31st.
5.
The
afternoon at the movies will be held on February 9th at

The
cost of postage for neighborhood mailings will be reviewed at the January board
meeting. We will look at the cost
savings, if any for a bulk mail rate.
7.
The
neighborhood garage sale will be May 2nd and 3rd. Advertisements will be placed in the
Indianapolis Star along with street signs placed in strategic
places.
8.
Spring
Dumpster Days will be May 17th and 18th. Volunteers are needed for driveway
placements.
9.
The
pie fest will be moved to September 20th. Annette Byers to explore changing the
name and or focus to pot luck, pitch in or fall get
together.
10.
A fall
and spring plant exchange day will be held where neighbors can share their
horticultural treasures. The spring
dates are May 17th and May 18th.

Board of Directors will discuss at its January meeting definitions of membership
to the neighborhood association. We
hope to clarify the term “member in good standing”. Also, to determine who is eligible to
join.
13.
A snow
removal contract has been signed with Fireman’s touch Lawncare % David Burhenn
11715 Fox Road, Indianapolis. The cost is $85 per hour with the cost of gasoline
at $1.50.
14.
The
board will purchase salt for the 3 main intersections in the neighborhood. Board members will store the salt at
strategic locations for use as needed.
15.
Petitions
for traffic calming will be reviewed at the January
meeting.
16.
The
next board meeting will be January 8th at the Berghoff’s 6834 Mohawk

The
